LTC Terrence L. Adkins was a potential VHPA member who died after his tour in Vietnam on 07/04/1994 at the age of 47 from Sightseeing helicopter accident out of Seaside, Oregon. Crashed into the sea for unknown reasons, no survivors or witnesses.
