Description: As part of FRANCIS MARION, the 1/12th Inf, 4th Inf Div ran into a hard fight with the 66th NVA Regt. B Co was attempting to reinforce a surrounded platoon but was driven from the field toward its fire base. The rest of the battalion combined to stop the NVA assault
