Description: This was the overall JPRC operation effort to rescue the famous POW, 1LT Nich Rowe. The 135th MI at Can Tho played a leadership role in working with all the local intelligence item in IV Corps. In all over 100 Vietnamese would be recovered during the subordinate operations
